Can I choose only specific items I need?

Of course you can!
Our configurator is designed to let you easily select the items you want—and skip the ones you don’t. Just walk through it step by step and build the setup that fits your needs.

Do you offer custom packages or bundles?

Yes, we can absolutely provide custom packages or bundles.
To create a setup that fits your taste and needs, we’ll need a bit more information from you. As you go through our configurator, you’ll find a section where you can upload your floor plan and share your preferred interior style. Once we have that, our team will get in touch to ensure the offer we create is perfectly tailored to your space and preferences.

Is everything brand new?

Absolutely—all the items we deliver are brand new and unused.

Can I choose between delivery only and turnkey installation?

Of course! In the configurator, you can choose between threshold delivery or full turnkey installation. The choice is yours.

What is threshold delivery?

Threshold delivery means we deliver your items right to the front door of your building or apartment—but we don’t carry them inside or assemble anything. It’s perfect if you prefer to handle the setup yourself or want to move in at your own pace.
For houses or ground-floor apartments: delivery is to your front door.
For apartment buildings: delivery is to the main entrance of the building, not to your individual unit (unless accessible without stairs or security restrictions).

How far in advance should I place my order?

We prefer to receive your order as early as possible to ensure everything is ready and in stock at our warehouse in time. Please note that the fabric you selected for the beds may be difficult to source if your arrival is within six weeks. If it turns out that the selected fabric cannot be delivered in time, we will provide you with suitable alternative options.

Can you deliver and install everything before I arrive?

Yes, we offer what we call turnkey delivery.
We will place all your selected items in your apartment, remove all packaging materials, and take them away. Your laundry machine will be fully set up and ready to use, your TV will be unpacked with batteries installed, your cutlery will be neatly arranged in the drawer, and the plates will be placed in the cabinet.

Do you deliver on weekends or after hours?

We try to complete everything within regular working hours. If this isn’t possible due to circumstances, we can always check and see if we can arrange a time that suits you. However, please keep in mind that this cannot always be guaranteed.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we do offer returns and exchanges. Please refer to our return policy, including specific conditions and timeframes, which is outlined in the terms and conditions sent along with your offer. If you have any questions or need assistance with a return or exchange, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
