Assembly service · What's included
Our most complete option
A two-person team delivers your order to the room you want, installs everything in the right place and hands it over ready to use. We also take all packaging back with us, so you don't have to deal with any of it.
What we do
✓Moving in via the stairwellProvided everything fits through the stairwell. We don't use a furniture lift.
✓Placing and installingFurniture, appliances and household items set up in the right place.

✓Broom-clean handoverWe take all waste back with us and leave your home tidy.
What we don't do
✕No drilling into wallsTo avoid disputes afterwards, we only place and install items that need no drilling.
✕No unpacking of textiles and household packsFor hygiene reasons, household packs, bed linen, bath and kitchen textiles reach you unopened, so you are the first to open them.

Delivery only · Conditions
First threshold, ground floor
We deliver your goods up to the first threshold on the ground floor: in front of your front door or, for an apartment complex or shared building, in front of the building's main entrance, at street level.
Our driver works aloneThat's why we can't carry anything inside, up the stairs or to another floor. Please make sure someone is there to receive the goods and bring them inside.
Can't be there yourself?You can appoint someone to act on your behalf, such as your landlord or another person. They open the door and sign for receipt of the goods for you.
Not for upper floorsThis service is explicitly not intended for deliveries to an upper floor, or through a hallway or stairwell.
Need help moving in and placing everything? Choose our assembly service.
After orderingWe contact you to plan the date and time slot. Not in the country yet? Appoint your landlord or someone else to open the door and sign for you.
ArrivalOur team arrives on time, exactly as agreed.
SetupEverything is placed, assembled and installed quickly and neatly.
DoneFurniture in place, packaging gone. Your linen and towels are waiting, still sealed, for you to open first.
