Delivery-only (DIY)

Our Delivery Only Service includes the standard start-up fee, as stated at the bottom of the quotation and invoice.
This service is strictly threshold delivery, which means the following conditions apply:

Threshold Delivery
Threshold delivery means that we deliver your items directly to the front door of your building or residence.
We do not carry items inside, move them to specific rooms, or assemble any products. This service is ideal if you prefer handling the setup yourself or want the flexibility to move in at your own pace.

Delivery Conditions
Houses or ground-floor apartments: Delivery is made to the front door of your residence.
Apartment buildings: Delivery is made to the main entrance of the building.

Turn-key (full installation service)

We carefully deliver, place, and assemble your package, unbox everything, and remove all packaging materials.
Everything will be set up and ready to use. We make your move-in smooth, stress-free, and effortless.

There are a few exceptions where we do not unpack the items and instead leave them in the original box for hygiene reasons:
- Linnen textiles and packages
- Bath textiles and packages
- Household inventory boxes

Our turn-key installation service includes the standard start-up fee listed at the bottom of the quotation and invoice, supplemented by additional per-product charges applicable to this service.

While we carefully select and supply products that generally fit through standard entrances and stairwells, exceptional situations may occur where access is not possible. In such cases, the following conditions apply:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items can be delivered through doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators. If the delivery team determines that the items do not fit safely, in-home delivery or installation will be refused. In such cases, delivery will revert to threshold delivery, or the order may need to be returned or rescheduled at the customer’s expense. Alternative delivery methods: such as hoisting or external lifting, are not included and can only be arranged by the customer separately.
