Cooling-off period

When you purchase a product, you have a 14-day reflection period. If you are not satisfied, you can schedule a pickup through our customer service — by phone, via WhatsApp, email or through the contact form on our website.
Pickup costs for returns may be up to €150, depending on the size and weight of the items.

Return Conditions

  • Items that have already been assembled can only be returned if they are disassembled again. All parts and materials must be complete and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging. Please ensure everything is well packed to prevent transport damage. We may withhold part of the refund if the items have lost value because they can no longer be sold as new. If you return a product that is damaged or has been used in a way that significantly reduces its value, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or to refuse the refund altogether.

  • Please check your purchase immediately upon delivery. Despite careful packaging, an item can become damaged during transport. If the item is damaged upon delivery, ask the delivery driver to note this (electronically) on the delivery receipt before you sign for receipt. Read further on our website about how to report or exchange a damaged item.

If a product does not work properly or becomes defective, you can visit our store or contact our customer service. Not sure whether the defect is covered by warranty? Please contact us first.

  • Once we have received the returned items, or once you can provide proof that they have been sent back, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 5 working days after processing the return.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after notifying us of the return.

How to Register a Return

You can register a return via our customer service at +31 85 210 08 94. Please have your order number ready.
For large and/or heavy items, we will arrange a pickup appointment together, as these cannot be returned via parcel post.
Small items can be returned via PostNL. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) or in a sturdy box.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Always request and keep a proof of shipment.

After receiving your return, we will assess whether it meets the return conditions. You will be notified of this, after which we aim to process your refund within 5 working days.
