In case you’re moving out of the Netherlands

It’s a pity that you’re leaving the country, we hope to see you again someday!
Of course, we can help you by taking back the items we delivered, free of charge.

All items must be reusable, clean, intact, and complete.
Items must be placed on the ground floor, unless there is a working elevator available in the building.

The driver will assess on-site whether the items meet the conditions and may refuse items that are not suitable for reuse.

Items that will be collected
Reusable and in good condition
We only collect items that can be reused. This means they must be clean, intact, and complete, without stains or major damage.

Electronics
Both working and non-working electronics may be offered, but no professional equipment or deep fryers. Items must be clean and dry.

Sofas
Sofas must not be sagging.

Items that will not be collected
Everything not provided by Welcome2Holland
Household inventory items included in the household inventory box, linen packages, or bath textiles/products
Broken, dirty, or disassembled items

Pickup appointment
Items must be ready on the ground floor. In apartment buildings with a working elevator, items can be collected from upper floors.

If I use your moving out service, what will happen to my belongings?

We’re glad you asked! We collaborate with several foundations and organizations to donate these items to people with a limited budget, people who are homeless or unhoused, individuals who cannot live independently, and people fleeing war zones and more. We also support companies that help individuals with a distance to the labor market by allowing them to sell the items at an affordable price.
